Valcore LLC is a veteran-owned and family-operated home improvement company based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Because our work involves custom labor, materials, and scheduling, we maintain a clear and fair no-refund policy once a project has begun or materials have been purchased. This policy ensures that both our customers and our team are protected and that resources are allocated responsibly.

 

Deposits and Payments

All deposits made to secure project dates, purchase materials, or begin labor are non-refundable. Deposits confirm your commitment to proceed with the scheduled work and allow us to reserve time, order materials, and prepare for your project. Once work has started, payments made toward labor or materials cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before materials are ordered or work is scheduled may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees. Once materials have been purchased or the project has been placed on our calendar, refunds will not be issued.

Project Changes and Adjustments

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify the scope of your project after work has begun, we will do our best to accommodate those changes through a written change order. Any additional labor, materials, or time required will be billed separately.

 

Workmanship and Warranty

Valcore LLC stands behind the quality of our work. Although refunds are not available once labor has been performed, we offer a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. If an issue arises related to the quality of our labor within this period, we will inspect the concern and, if necessary, make appropriate repairs or corrections at no additional charge.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. While refunds are not provided, we encourage open communication and will work directly with you to address any concerns quickly and professionally.
