Valcore LLC is a veteran-owned and family-operated home improvement company based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. While our primary focus is on providing in-person residential services, there may be occasions where products, materials, or items are shipped to our customers as part of a project or by special request. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle those shipments and deliveries.

 

Processing Time

All orders or items that require shipment are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days once full payment has been received. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time depending on supplier availability or delivery schedules.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item. We will provide a clear estimate of shipping costs prior to completing your order. Larger items or materials may be delivered directly by our team within our local service area (Hampton Roads and surrounding cities) for a small delivery fee, depending on the distance.

 

Local Delivery and Pickup

For customers located within our Virginia service area, Valcore LLC may offer direct delivery or local pickup arrangements. These options will be discussed and confirmed at the time of your project or purchase.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

If an item is shipped through a carrier, we will provide tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are subject to carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside of our control.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Valcore LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping by a third-party carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing any necessary documentation to support your claim.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our work and the customization of many materials, all sales and orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once materials have been ordered, shipped, or installed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
